Paradigm takes your privacy seriously, we will not share lists and only
send emails to people who have requested them, and will never share
anyone's email address with anybody else.

User Names and Passwords:
We also retain usernames and passwords that our client's provide to login to their Paradigm HTML E-Mail service for administrative purposes. We keep them completely confidential and will not release the information to anyone who cannot prove their legitimate ownership.

Permission-Based Marketing Policy:
Paradigm is dedicated to protecting your privacy and anyone on the receiving end of a Paradigm HTML E-Mail. Through our partnership with Emma® we utilize a permission-based email marketing system that is careful to send emails only to people that have expressly requested to be contacted.

The benefit is that you only send mail to people who are interested in your product, service or content—so, even though your list will more than likely be smaller than a general list your message is actually going to have a better return for the amount of e-mails sent.

The drawback is that users must verify their lists are all individuals who do want to receive your e-mails. Emma® and Paradigm HTML E-Mail service reserve the right to cancel your service at any time if we receive notice of Spam or Unsolicited Commercial E-Mails (UCE's) from your mailing.
